Ariel Eliaz |
Ariel Eliaz is a highly skilled, seasoned actor with a slew of credits to his name. He has garnered acclaim and awards in recognition of his work on both the stage and in feature films. The films he starred in have collectively received over 100 awards and laurels.
Most recently, Ariel performed opposite Samuel L. Jackson in the upcoming feature THE KILL ROOM. Ariel has a strong supporting role in Universal's thriller THE HUNT produced by Jason Blum and directed by Craig Zobel. Ariel is opposite Rob Lowe and Kimberly Williams-Paisley in the NETFLIX feature DOG GONE, and has memorable turns in features such as the cult favorite SHIVA BABY, LOW TIDE, and EXIT 0. He won BEST ACTOR for his performance in the film WHISKEY SOUR in the NYC INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL in 2016, and then starred for the same award winning team in the indy film SHANGHAI SOLE portraying a business man under tremendous pressure to close the biggest deal of his life, against odds.
Ariel's recent television credits include APPLE TV & Annapurna's IMPROBABLE VALENTINE, APPLE TV's THE CROWDED ROOM aka EVER'S BLUEBERRY opposite Amanda Seyfried and Tom Holland, AMC's ISLE OF THE DEAD, Amazon's hit THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL, NBC's THE BLACKLIST, a recurring role on FX's SNOWFALL (mulitple seasons), Guest Starring roles on HBO'S THE DEUCE, Star's POWERBOOK III: RAISING KANAN, HBO MAX's reboot GOSSIP GIRL, FX's Y: THE LAST MAN, Tyler Perry's THE HAVES AND THE HAVE NOTS; Ryan Murphy's POSE on FX, YOUNGER, CBS's hit BULL, and GOTHAM opposite the show leads Ben McKenzie. He has also played in Showtime's HOMELAND opposite Rupert Friend; He is
the lead of the pilot THAT'S LIFE opposite Tony Goldwyn,
and in THE BREAKS for VH1 (pilot). Other TV credits include CBS's LIMITLESS opposite Bradley Cooper, the USA Network mini-series DIG, and CBS's BLUE BLOODS.
Ariel is fluent in Hebrew, fluent Italian, and gifted with accents, especially
Regional Northern American Accents, German, Eastern Bloc, Russian, Slavic, & Armenian.
Ariel is a graduate of the Professional Performing Arts School in Manhattan, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, HB Studio and the Upright Citizens Brigade. He continues mastering his craft with teachers such as Terry Schreiber and Bob Krakower.

In addition to acting, Ariel directs and produces both narrative and documentary films through his company VISCERA PRODUCTIONS. Notably, their short film POZOLE won Best Short at the Oscar qualifying festival CINEQUEST. He is currently working on a documentary focusing on the abuses and troubled history of reform and behavioral modification schools.

Ariel also founded the charity THE CARDIUM PROJECT, which focus on helping amplify the voices of young low-income and minority storytellers, giving scholarships, work experience, and training to set up recipients to thrive in the entertainment industry.
